Refund & Cancellation Policy

If any client wishes to get a refund due to system failure, we need you to send us an email to support@worldprofx.com including as much information as possible (a complete explanation with dates, order numbers and screenshots) that proves that our system failed at a determined time and we will audit the account and refund it if necessary. If you want a refund due to an account cancelation, you need to request this account cancelation in writing for any/all WPFX Trading Account and we will send you the funds that you have available at the time of cancelation. If the deposit was made using a credit card, the funds will be returned to that same credit card within the first 60 days after the payment was made. If more than 60 day’s has passed we will return the amount via wire transfer.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER SUBSCRIBERS CANCELLATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. REFUND AMOUNTS ARE LIMITED TO AMOUNT OF LAST PAYMENT.

World Pro Fx tiene el placer de comunicarle a sus clientes que ya ha introducido la documentación para la tramitación de la licencia de Casa de Valores en la República de Panamá. El regulador nos requiere por ley que temporalmente no se autoricen nuevas cuentas de clientes hasta que se haya procesado toda la documentación y otorgado la licencia pertinente, particularmente dado que cierta documentación y formularios aún puede sufrir cambios; sin embargo, nuevos clientes que deseen probar por el momento nuestra plataforma de invitados, o registrarse, bajar y tradear una cuenta de demostración (demo), puede hacerlo a través de cualquiera de nuestras plataformas existentes (MT4, webtrader, mobil trader). Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que el registro en jurisdicción panameña pueda causar, pero la adquicisión de licencia otorgada por la Superintendencia de Mercado de Valores de Panamá dará a nuestros clientes más seguridad de que las operaciones de la Casa están siendo fiscalizadas apropiadamente, además le dará a World Pro Fx la gran oportunidad de ofrecer en el futuro una gran variedad de instrumentos y servicios financieros de intermediación bursatil. Nuestros clientes existentes pueden estar tranquilos que sus operaciones no se verán afectadas. Todos nuestro clientes existentes serán los primeros en ser notificados de nuevos productos y servicios que World Pro Fx pueda ofrecer luego de adquirir su licencia.

World Pro Fx is pleased to announce it has now filed the required documentation for a full broker dealer license in Panama. The regulator, by law, requires us to temporarily suspend approving new client accounts until it has processed all licensing documentation, given that certain forms and documents are still prone to change; however, prospective clients may still use our demo platform or register, download and trade demo accounts through any of our available platforms (MT4, web trader, Mobil trader). We apologize for any inconveniences registration might bring, but licensing under the Securities Market Superintendence of Panama will give clients more security that firm operations are reviewed by appropriate regulator, plus it will give World Pro Fx the great opportunity to offer a new wide range of securities and industry financial products and services. Our existing clients will not be affected. All existing clients will be the first ones to be notified and able to review the new World Pro Fx products and services after licensing.
