Refund & Cancellation Policy

If any client wishes to get a refund due to system failure, we need you to send us an email to support@worldprofx.com including as much information as possible (a complete explanation with dates, order numbers and screenshots) that proves that our system failed at a determined time and we will audit the account and refund it if necessary. If you want a refund due to an account cancelation, you need to request this account cancelation in writing for any/all WPFX Trading Account and we will send you the funds that you have available at the time of cancelation. If the deposit was made using a credit card, the funds will be returned to that same credit card within the first 60 days after the payment was made. If more than 60 day’s has passed we will return the amount via wire transfer.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER SUBSCRIBERS CANCELLATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. REFUND AMOUNTS ARE LIMITED TO AMOUNT OF LAST PAYMENT.
