How do I wire money into my WorldProFx account?
You can fund your WPFX account through bank wire, through Moneybookers/Skrill or through Netpay.

What currencies can I deposit?
WorldProFx accepts deposits via bank wire in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and CHF without any extra costs. You may wire funds in any other currency but please be advised that your bank will convert your local currency before remitting the funds to WorldProFx. Via Moneybookers you will be charged for transactions in other currencies than the USD, World Pro FX will always receive USD. It will involve currency conversion, Skrill (Moneybookers) adds 1.99% to their wholesale exchange rates for foreign currency. The Skrill (Moneybookers) exchange rates are updated on a regular basis throughout the day. Please visit www.moneybookers.com for more information.
How long does it take before the funds reach my trading account with World Pro FX?
Payments via Moneybookers and Netpay with credit card are made instantly. If you send funds for your Wold Pro FX account via bank wire, with the bank wire instructions, it may take up to maximum 5 businessdays. We process deposits from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST time , directly as they reach our bank account or Moneybookers account.
How can I withdraw funds from my account?

The World Pro FX Withdrawal Form needs to be completed, scanned and sent to, email@example.com. Please note that we do not process third party withdrawals in compliance with our Anti-Money Laundry procedures, only the person listed on the account is authorized to withdraw funds from the account. Withdrawal requests are processed from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST time.
Does WorldProFx process any tax deduction on profit generated?
Income reporting is the responsibility of the individual customer. You should discuss this matter with your tax advisor.
When does World Pro FX processes deposits and withdrawals?
Deposits and withdrawal requests are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST time. We do everything in our power to process deposits and withdrawal request as soon as possible and within 24 hours from the moment we receive deposits or withdrawal requests, but situations may occur in which it takes some more time.
Do you accept credit cards as the deposit method for the accounts?

Do I need to register with Moneybookers to fund my account?
You do not need to register with Moneybookers but you do need to fill in some details regarding your deposit, as in for example the kind of credit card you want to use, your personal details etc. If you will be making several deposits via Moneybookers you will need to register with Moneybookers. Also, please be advised that if you register with Moneybookers you will be able to send larger amounts and you will be able to receive amounts on your Moneybookers account.
I have registered with Moneybookers and want to send money - now what?
Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer:
Go to: ‘Upload Funds’ > choose bank transfer as a payment method > You will be provided with bank details and your customer ID which is the reference for your transfer.
Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID OR your login email in the reference field.
Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Moneybookers account, you can go ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions given under the ‘Send money’ tab.
Are there limited amounts for funding via Moneybookers?
The limit depends on several variable things. If you register with moneybookers you will be able to see the limits for your account. Depending on your user status, there may be a transaction limit set on sending money. To see the limits of your Moneybookers account, log in into your account and go to ‘My Account’ > ‘View limits’. You are able to change those limits by contacting Moneybookers. If you do not have a Moneybookers account and you use Moneybookers for the first time, please be aware that you most probably will not be able to fund big amounts. This is because of Moneybookers security reasons. If you would like to send a large amount, please register with Moneybookers. Always make sure you fill in correct contact information, credit or debit card details and follow the instructions.
What bank is WorldProFx using for customer deposit by bank wire?
WorldProFx uses Loyal Bank Limited for customer deposits.
Can funds be transferred from a different bank account other than my own?
Funds can only be transferred from the bank account listed on the form, or a matching name from a different banking account.
Do you charge a wiring fee?
Bank wire fees
World Pro FX does not charge its own fee over and above any banking wiring for incoming wires but you are liable for any bank transfer fees. These charges can depend on the bank, they usually are of $0 – $30. Please check with your bank for more details on any extra fees. Also there can be an intermediary bank fee depending on where you are sending the wire from.
